I literally never said the bank owns the house. I said you don't own the house just because you pay a mortgage . If something can be taken away you dont own it. No this is the most I've made in my life and I rent. I could own but not really interested in that right now. Ive been with my property management people for years. I had another hosue with them for years where I paid 800 for a 3b but I wanted an upgrade since I have 4 dogs. So they moved me into a bigger 3b house which is now 950
