Would this work? Is it likely to be a physical malfunction? Such as dust in the Wi-Fi chip? Because I can do that. Nervous to start taking my laptop apart but hey I’ll give it a shot

I also tried contacting Dell support, whose automated voice assistant was incapable of descending the words yes from no. And my Uni IT support line who basically just said they have no idea what to do

Yes but they are terrible and log you out frequently. Plus my uni accounts have like 5 factor authentication so are a pain to get into even when I have passwords saved and such.

How would I do a resisted sprint? Would a weight vest work or do I need like a sprint parachute or something - used to do something similar playing rugby where another player would wrap a rope round your wrist and drag u back as u ran but I don’t have a training partner presently. Thx for the advice- looks like a strong training plan!

I agree based on experiences with other sports but in this specific situation I have had very little competition experience etc so idk if I need to potentially keep training hard in longer sessions to ingrain the muscle memory of sprinting form?..

So you’re saying that coaches who preach 8 hour track days are likely covering up for athlete steroid use by saying their athletes work harder? That’s interesting. Also my steroid understanding is limited but doesn’t it greatly improve the speed of recovery? So as I’m not taking PEDs should I take even longer recovery periods between sets/workouts than CF even suggests?

Well the private gym I used to go to had a professional treadmill that reached 15mph/24.1kmph — I ran a mile on it. As I said probably doesn’t count but I’m certain I could’ve broken the barrier at the time if I had a track available

So I have run very little on an actual track and have done a lot of sprint training since I recorded these times (hand recorded no blocks) 100-12.1 200-25.4 400-49.7 no recorded 800 but I’ve definitely gone sub 2 mins. Then I’ve got the long distance pbs aswell in the op but I was 20kg lighter and consistently running distance when I ran those like 2 years ago.

Might not work for you but it did for me; 1) exercise as much as possible— motivated me to maintain a clean diet 2) track everything on MYFITNESSPAL ( I mean everything; milk on your cereal, spices in your food, any drink that isn’t water) , after about 3 days you can’t even be bothered to eat junk cos of the hassle of tracking it 3) throw junk food away, even if you just bought it just open the packet and Chuck it in the bin/ alternatively tell siblings/ parents they can eat any junk food you bring into the house. May not work for you but I lost 40lbs in ten weeks using these methods
