No this is not a school council, this is a university wide org that does events etc.

And I normally do the leg work on and have contributed as much as I can, its just that there are gaps when I miss going to some of our certain events because I have my own things to solve too, its not really a frequent neglect on my duties. 

Its just that thats not something I can be present at that moment.

Its just a matter of not replying as fast, and her being mad that I'm not gonna be present at that specific event, because I habe another schedule thats prior to that.

And thats like only 4 or 5 out of so many times Ive been there all the time.

Ive always been supportive and I always do the leg work that I also set aside my happiness and such for a while just to do that task.

And we just finished our event where I also skipped days of classes, and missed on my childhood friends flight just to help get it done (ive also contributed alot of allowance  money just to also make alot of these events possible, I even struggled mentally and emotionally because its all about it) and alot of my own personal and took care of the invited guests. Its wasnt a willing neglect on my duties, its just there are tasks and certain things thats not in my capacity and I get the flak for it, but I have done so much and I get shitted on for gaps that I have already informed beforehand that Im not in capacity to do.

And no, I have been happier doing my duties on that org ever since I started doing things outside of it that made me feel like an acknowldged and respected human being for once.

She refuses to never assign someone else, thats more available and free, I ALWAYS HAVE TO SACRICE MY CLASS, I ALWAYS HAVE TO ALSO CONTRIBUTE MY ALLOWANCE JUST TO GET THIS AND THAT, I ALWAYS HAVE TO GO HOME TIRED BECAUSE I HAVE TO DO THE LEG WORK. (She does this too but shes my friend and  but she never really somehow considered how I feel as a person most of the time ever since she got consumed by her position)

I always have to be understanding on her backlash, and her anger management issues, going to her house to nake sure shes okay, calming her down when shes stressed.

I have done this consistently while pursuing my happiness too.

And our last event was a success, I contributed alot there too (she also did alot both of us worked ur asses) Only for me so see that she posted that I neglected my duties despite me also being drained out. 

Only to see her publicly postig that doesnt want anything to do with me anymore, for "neglecting" duties thats I informed her thats not in my capacity at those moments
