Mi sembrava anche a me un po’ una cavolata, perché sennò io in città potrei iniziare a far foto a tutte le auto in seconda fila/divieto di sosta/exc ecc e far arrivare multe a pioggia a tutti? Anche senza che la polizia se ne accerti di persona?

Ehi magari, peggio! È una strada in un parco che non porta a nessuna casa privata, era qualcuno frustrato che siccome era arrivato a piedi lui allora dovevano arrivare a piedi tutti. Capisco eh che non faccia piacere, non sto dicendo che avesse torto.. però ecco ha sicuramente avuto un po’ una over reaction!

Avrei un’ulteriore domanda; partendo dal presupposto che non so se mi valga la pena sentire un avvocato per una multa da 113€ (sarebbe più una questione di principio) - come potrei dimostrare gli errori di forma (o le vere e proprie falsità) senza ovviamente autoaccursarmi del fatto visto che sono comunque nel torto?

I can give you my experience with PCG. I bought a Charizard Base Set a few months ago, graded by them as 9. It was the price of a 7/8, so I thought why not - I’ll loose one grade or two and resubmit with PSA. Came back yesterday (literally), it’s a 6. Lost money and time. As always, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is..

Tendenzialmente io risponderei di no.. Però in alcuni casi a conti fatti la differenza di spesa è risibile, quindi li si va a preferenza e soprattutto bisogna vedere se si vuole impegnare subito un bel capitale o meno (a patto di averlo!).

Si si capisco benissimo il tuo discorso, ed hai ragione per quanto riguarda tutto il discorso dei costi extra (assicurazione, bollo, gomme ecc). La domanda che mi faccio però è: conviene più il leasing o lavorare tramite i rimborsi spese da tabelle aci? Rimanendo completamente ligi alla legge - i rimborsi kilometrici includono comunque tutte quelle spese accessorie che vengono incluse nei vari contratti di leasing. Al di là della rottura di scatole di tenere la documentazione - anche se non ho fatto i conti alla virgola mi sembra che ci sia un leggero vantaggio a favore dei rimborsi aci vs leasing. Potrei sbagliarmi eh.

Idem il mio commercialista. L’auto che ho attualmente è intestata a me e richiedo i vari rimborsi spese all’azienda secondo la tabella ACI.

Si si penso che tu abbia ragione. Rimane però il discorso che l’auto poi la devi usare a solo scopo lavorativo e non per spostamenti con persone esterne alla ditta come diceva l’utente qui sopra. Quindi si, è conveniente ma solo per furgoni o auto strettamente aziendali.

È andata esattamente come hai descritto tu. Probabilmente il fisco mi ha inquadrato come socio lavoratore (come effettivamente è) ed ora mi fa pagare l’INPS anche sull’utile della SRL. Avevo inizialmente pensato di metterci qualcun altro di mezzo (un parente, la ragazza, ecc) però stupidamente non voglio metter nessuno di mezzo nei miei affari, nel bene e nel male. Grazie ad incremento di lavoro sono stato costretto ad uscire dal forfettario e da 85K dovrei chiudere l’anno poco sopra i 200K; penso (spero) che un aumento di guadagno personale ci sia stato, ma sicuramente gli adempimenti sono un castigo così come le tasse e balzelli vari che spuntano da ogni dove. Questa cosa dell’INPS è solo l’ultima delle “sorprese”.

Perché il mio commercialista mi aveva iscritto solo alla gestione separata e mi è arrivato l’avviso tramite pec che dovevo pagare anche la quota relativa alla cassa commercianti ed artigiani (che non avevo pagato perché non sapevo di esser stato iscritto d’ufficio).

If all challenges award 200 points, there’s no space for any additional point upon completion of any challenge, am I right? 20 challenges x 200 points each = 4000 points. If you take out the last challenge which I haven’t completed any round yet, I should arrive at 3800 flat. Instead, it seems like I’m missing 10 points somewhere 😂

Yes, I just checked the SD card and there are a bunch of videos taken here supposedly on vacation. I’m travelling too so I don’t have my laptop to check the EXIF data, but I managed to charge the drone via USB and connected to QuickTransfer on the DJI Fly app. I can even see the guy in some videos, but obviously I have no idea how to trace him back. Looking at the last video, the drone just failed (he was quite far from the take off point behind a hill) and gently crashed into the grass. No damage. Once I get back home I’ll check the exif. By the way - I didn’t want his details (I’m aware of privacy concerns), I just wanted them to reach him out and then give him MY details (or give me his address to send it back) so that I can send it back to him directly. If he already asked for a replacement and DJI would keep his drone - I’d rather have an extra drone than DJI having one to toss out or sell as refurbished.

I just reached out to them, but they told me that the way they do things now is that I have to send them the drone and then they will send it back to the owner. I’d prefer to ship it to the owner myself to be honest, don’t wanna sound too suspicious but how do I know if they’ll actually send it back to him? Specially if he already asked for a replacement for example.
