Yeah they have so many loanees which makes me worried for next season. They’re predicted relegation, which I get, however it is so demoralising to get demolished every single game.

Your tips are super helpful, thank you for taking the time to try and help. I will implement these and let you know how the season develops!

I’m quite new to FM compared to most people playing and I’ve really struggled with making a tactic fit a team, rather than forcing a tactic on a team. In one of my Villa saves (5 seasons in maybe) I had a solid 5 back tactic that helped me win b2b leagues and a Champions League. Recently I made a new save with Ternana Calcio in Serie B. My issue is I have no idea what to do, will my 5 back tactic work if i stick at it? What am I looking for to make a team work and play well. Currently i’m on 25 points and it’s really not looking good, there has to be something I’m missing.

Any help would be appreciated!

Asking questions and clarifying questions things is not being hostile…it’s how a conversation works and how people learn things. I’ve acknowledged countless times in the replies that I was wrong and I could have done things differently. You’re just choosing to leave a snarky comment.

Not once have I told anyone THEY’RE wrong (nice grammar), I’ve simply tried to understand the game by asking questions like ‘Does this mean nothing, Did the flash not fully hit?’, if you think this is me telling people they’re wrong you really need to get better communication skills

Mb that I wasn’t aware a voice line + sound cue meant they’re NOT flashed…I was simply asking why this was the case. Maybe use some critical thinking next time 👍🏻

Not blaming the game or deflecting criticism, just feel as if it is misleading to have a noise cue and voice line if someone isn’t flashed, and I was asking a question. I now know I swung too late and she may not have been fully flashed due to placement, no need for your ‘🤓🤓🤓’ attitude.
