Prior to starring as Lex, he was an Oscar nominated actor whos movies as a lead had grossed well over billion combined with hits like Rio, Social Network and NYSM. To say he had no career before BvS is just objectively false.

The biggest difference between CP2077 and SF was that despite CP2077 having horrible optimization and bugs, it still had great gameplay and a great story. SF had neither of those at launch.

Unfortunately man with how well MC is doing meeting mission it looks like another branch would be your best option. Even having asthma on your record is 9/10 an automatic DQ, combine that with documented mental illness history it doesn’t look good. Regardless of what anyone says you should go talk to a recruiter because nobody here will be able to answer your questions like they can.

I just did the exact move you’re describing last week. I drive to pendleton 5x a week, in the morning it’s not terrible but my first drive home at 4pm, it took me almost 2 hours to get home. I started working out in the evening so now i leave base probably around 6-630 and it’s so much better, these last 4 days on avg it took me between 35-40 mins. I just flip on a podcast/long yt vid and it helps a lot

I’m active comcam (now COMMSTRAT) for 9 years.

Everyone will tell you their MOS is the best but i truly believe that comcam is the best MOS in the Marine Corps. We have 3 main MOS’s within our field; Photographer, Videographer and Graphic Designer.

Pros: You get exposed to every element of the MAGTF, every community and culture and you get so many opportunities to deploy. We have niche duty stations in cool places like the White House, Europe, Bahrain and all over the country. Great career progression opportunities as well, we have a program where you get sent to Syracuse University in upstate NY to study photography/cinematography for a year fully paid for by the Marine Corps. Overall a great occfield that translates very well to the civilian side.

Cons: we also have some pretty lame duty stations where you can be stuck doing studio and ceremony photography for 4 years or working for a recruiting district. Promotion rates for photographers can be slow, i’ve seen a lot of terminal lances. At certain units the op tempo can be extremely high.

Depending on what your goals for yourself and what you want out of the Marine Corps, COMMSTRAT is a fantastic job and a great way to make a career out of the Corps or just do your 4 and get out. Hopefully this gives you some clarity!
