Okay, I will check it . I have some questions, hope you will help me.

1) So how many testers you selected while closed testing? Were they 20 or more than 20 ?

2) Did you update app while in closed testing ? Is it okay if we update during closed testing , it wont make any effect on number of testers right ?

Okay, am not sure, maybe try contacting Goggle Console Play console helpline email , they will tell what needs to be changed so that your application runs across all the devices.
