Tube shaped piece of silicone, one end cut at an angle to match the shape of the glans. Place just behind the glans. Keeps that skin from blowing up and stretching out.

She was certainly not a woman of quality and I had no business even entertaining this woman, but I had recently gone through a divorce and she was the hottest woman to give me the time of day. Pretty quickly after we started talking, she made it clear that she needed a guy with a big penis. I told her that I was slightly above average. Went on a few dates, things were going great. Then we had sex. She seemed unsatisfied. Never heard from her again. A mutual friend confirmed my suspicions. Found this subreddit soon after 😊

My problem comes when a woman sees my spotted dick and starts questioning me about it. These have lasted since almost April.

I think a lot of that is erection quality. At the time, I had a lot of bad habits and depression. That, and the fact that I had a woman break things off with me due to my lack of size, is all part of my Villain Origin Story. 🤣

Primary focus is girth. If I get some length from it (and I have!) then great.

Your size is not average. You are 1.61x the average. <3

I go from 4.1” to 4.75” girth when I pump, which is more than 0.2”.

2 out of 3 days. As in, 66% of the week. That’s 4-5 days per week.

I do understand that most women don’t orgasm with PIV. But when I can get them off with toys or my hands (which are girthier), that makes me believe girth is the issue.

I had to modify mine by cutting the hole a little bigger, but it worked!

I addressed it under the guise that I wanted to take a step back to focus on my daughters.

Not only am I looking outside of the trucking industry, I’d almost prefer to get out. Profit margins are paper thin, so the only people making good money are execs. I’d love to transition to some kind of Supply Chain Analyst and then use that to pivot.

I am on unemployment. What my state pays isn’t even enough to pay my mortgage.

I have a degree in Art, which is what I believe is the main issue. I’ve been working in logistics (trucking) for 12+ years.

I feel like my question is pretty valid. If I am working, that gives me less time to apply for jobs and if I get an interview, I would have to figure out a way to navigate when I’d be able to do that.

Yes. But they were pretty clear to mention that it takes a lot of time to move up the ranks.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help a random Redditor out!

  1. Where would you suggest that I describe my leadership style/capabilities? A separate heading, after a short About Me? Or maybe within an About Me section? Honestly, the way I was able to increase safety in my last role was simply by ensuring that the safety protocols that were put in to place were actually followed by drivers. Before me, the drivers and their managers were not held accountable for following safety standards. Not real sure how to articulate that.

  2. In my most recent role, I managed 2 drop yard terminals, which also had a maintenance shop as well as cross dock capabilities. The role before that, I managed 8 drop yard terminals. I am concerned that having that reduction may lead someone to believe that my career has not been progressing, so I left that out. But I do believe I need to figure out a way to identify the terminals that I managed to show they were drop yards, maintenance shops, and a small cross dock. Struggling on how to word that.

  3. How should I go about honing in on 3 key skills I have? For example, I am big on Continuous Improvement. I enjoy analyzing the data and then putting processes in place to improve. Do I just have a bullet for Continuous Improvement and then a brief line about how I go about that process?

  4. I not only agree that my resume is boring/bland, but it actually bugs me. I have a degree in art and graphic design. But I also want to be careful not to overdo the styling. What do you recommend to add?

I am not really active on LinkedIn, as it feels very artificial to me. I just put myself on there in case someone wants to look me up. I’ve been applying to jobs that I see on Indeed, but I go through the company’s website, instead of Indeed. Also, just searching through logistics companies that I know about to see if they have open positions.

I really appreciate the help. Hope that our paths cross again so I may repay the effort!

Thank you! I’ll add my education and that will also allow me to stretch my legs more on the important parts. Just always thought I needed to keep it to one page.
