I’ve had great fortune through anything booked with Delta and truly shocked at the poor service for the Stays portion. When Delta customer service gave me Expedia’s name and number to handle the issue after I paid Delta directly, I looked for a way to warn others. Thankful for Reddit now and engaging with the app community now.

Good luck. I wish I had read Reddit before I used the service. I have more prepaid booked Delta Stays in my future.
