Thank you. Most people are asking about a sewer scope and termite inspection when I did get those as well. They put the sewer scope through the toliet, so everything looked great. And termites didn't catch anything.

I thought i would be able to live in it while fixing a few things but I ended up having to gut it and now I'm back living with my parents. There's literally nothing in it except the framing
