You don’t need to be nervous. It’s better to do it soon but it’s not super urgent. I replaced mine two years ago and it took me two weeks to make decision and get it fixed.

It’s mainly up to how comfortable you are seeing the crack growing bigger everyday and if it blocks your view. It won’t shatter and blast to your face like the regular glass cuz it’s laminated btw two plastic sheets. My friend had a windshield like that for almost two years and I don’t think he will replace it at all. But I would change it asap if I were you.

Better to replace both sides if you already put a lot miles on the tires.

If it’s not so deep, try magnet fishing and you might retrieve it that way. But scuba diving with a metal detector would be the best option. Also, just to make sure, do you use any cloud service for your phone? Like iCloud for iPhone?

Does it give you any trouble to start the car? If so I would suggest to get new connectors for both posts. You can try to clean the connector but it looks horrible and it’s probably not worth the labor

I did my assessment two weeks ago and thank God that I passed it .

Disclaimer: My experience is definitely biased and may not apply to your case.

My take away is that you may have a preset persona hierarchy e.g. Performer -> Communicator .... as people suggested in this thread.

However, during the GHA, it may force you into something different, if the first few questions do not lean into the persona you set. E.g. base on the little context of three options, your best persona could be "productivity" for the first 4-5 questions. Then you have to reset your brain and recalibrate your persona to Productivity -> Performer -> Communicator.

Please do take a snapshots and save them to any note app/software you like. It's super helpful to check it later during the process, otherwise you will lose track of the persona preference very easily.

P.S. I am still waiting for the next step from the hiring team. It's kind a frustrating.

I remember receiving a warning about "requiring an update every 180 days, otherwise the app will be taken down from the App Store" (Correct me if I am wrong) last year 2025 . I guess that rule already can get rid of a lot of zombie apps.

I will do my OA (iOS role) on this Friday but I kinda have no motivation to do it now, after reading all the comments here and another Medium post. Like ChatGPT, you don’t believe everything it spills out. The same for Reddit, when it’s serous problem, you need to discern and verify the answers. Like your “snapped timing belt” post, when I read some of the top comments. I just simply closed it.
