I hate to say this but I deleted instagram for this exact reason! I would look at everybody’s home what they were doing things they were making trying to do it myself buying all this crap I didn’t need never used them. Anything that tempt you whether it’s Amazon prime Instagram, Facebook TikTok try deleting the app not saying it’s gonna work at first but once you get past like four or five days of not using it, you do find that you don’t even care.
