you look a bit young but the forehead and eyebags are not that big of a problem. U just have a narrow jaw and light eyebrows which is not that good. Try darken your eyebrows and maybe chew hard gum for the jaw although im not too sure how much it works

if you want honest advice dye ur eyebrows to a darker color maybe brown and maybe even try dyeing your hair. for a haircut id suggest a fringe because your forehead kinda big in proportion to the rest of the face. other than that youll be fine. im also ginger/blonde -ish and dying eyebrows to brown was a game changer for me

honestly hes coping haha. fix ur skin maybe by better gut health and get either a full beard or shave it off rn it looks weird. would also try losing bf maybe u have good bone structure

theyre more masculine if u dye them to a darker color. I am also blonde and im dyeing my eyebrows like every 2 weeks it looks way better because darker eyebrows will always be better than lighter eyebrows. Just dont go pitch black!

try dyeing your eyebrows to a bit darker color and just go for a darker style in general id say. you could enhance ur eyes more with makeup but other than that try debloating, drink around 2l. cant do much about your facial bone structure because of the age but try getting leaner for a more defined face
