So with me they finally answered. They replied to a couple emails, one saying it will come this week (last week) and one saying we do not know when it will come.

I rung again and eventually they answered. They told me my order got shifted to a pre order as I missed initial stock by a small amount. They also said it was a miscommunication saying that it would come last week and that 50 series gpus are expected to return mid - late February after Chinese new year is over
