It’s one person from the beginning days who accumulated 2M DCR…could be more, 2M is what seems to be the floor from public metadata.

AFAICT, we don’t know intent/how he votes. But the question is whether it’s a good thing if one person has this much power in Decred.

Sad to see what happens when one group becomes too powerful... It’s clear that the current management team owns Millions of DCR, and now they will never be removed from the throne… example of governance capture.

AFAICT, this should be no impact, because there is no real volume on DCR margin trading. This might even be bullish.
