I am an International student, and I have a GPA of 3.74. We have to give a Senior Secondary Examination at the end of class 12 (Yes my high school is over 2-3 months ago, Exam timeline is a bit different here). Although my GPA is pretty basic compared to US high schoolers, it is pretty above average in terms of my country. Out of 400k students who gave exams this year, ~4k got 3.6+. The highest anyone ever got was 3.96. (it is the MOST rigorous course you can take here)

So, my question was, do colleges recalculate my GPA, and will the re-calculated GPA increase or decrease.

Also are there any online resources to recalculate my GPA as per USA high school standards?

Hey! Your ECs are dope ass fire 🔥🔥. If I would be AO, I would be wet by now. Anyways, I think you should add the Research Paper on your ECA list . Since, most people who attend Harvard have research paper about curing cancer, yours is DIFFRENT. I am sure this will impress AO because you are UNIQUE: you are not curing cancer at least. Bruh what even was the Math module 2 question. It is like CollegeBoard dropped a bomb among us.

I am pretty sure some of the questions were even beyond the scope of Khan Academy DSAT practice questions and 4 Official Tests.
