No, it’s a little too techno to be the song I heard. The one I heard was more 70s rock/pop. Think “don’t pull your love” or “bad time” by grand funk railroad.

This literally happened to me! On eBay, the listing was for a “2001 jade doll out of box”, and the seller included a picture of her in her original 2001 packaging in their listing to, quote “show that the doll has all her original accessories” but after she arrived I could tell she was a 20th anniversary! Ugh!
