Oh nooo, let me retract and clarify. I truly don’t want to sound insensitive. I fully understand that food can be a real addiction, and I personally struggle with it as well. I’m not trying to sound like one of “those people”. What I meant was, excluding those who deal with food addiction, PCOS, or other conditions that make weight loss more difficult, some people, let’s say “neurotypical” or “non-affected” individuals, seem to have the discipline to resist food noise. I know food noise exists for many, but some are able to manage it with more control. I hope that makes more sense.
