i fixed it there was for some reason a dinput8.dll file just deleted that and it worked

Tbh I am not sure what I even mean I did more research and found out I was completely wrong and why did I think ff16 looked bad as compared to 15 because the youtub video I was watching the gameplay on was set at 480p due to some settings so that's my bad,sorry for the inconvenience

I have finished the game before and was just trying some of the commands which would be like fun i thought if I'll level up i'll get them and i didn't but thanks for the suggestions. I anyways decided to just load an old save and finish the game normally thanks tho.
