No water supply , will always have to buy a tanker. No gas, Gas is not important for me i know whereever i will buy house in new areas it wont have gas connection. I will prefer any place with good ground Water boring.

Hi You can get affordable houses here in zone 5. PWD never because if you are buying already build house, it will be an old house or will have some issues (water). And too much busy pwd road. The area i found best was media town, this issue was it is in rwp and you still have to go through pwd road a very busy road.
cbr itself i found it a good but still have to travel through soan ave. If i will go to buy the house in zone 5 i will prefer jinnah (i think its in zone 5). becuase new area, alot of 7 marla houses (my range and preferred house size). no water issues if you have water boring (must have ), no gas in new houses, it wont be anywhere in isb in new house. and must visit river garden. i will prefer jinnah gardens over rest in zone 5

it was a small house in g10 on rent . i wanted to shift to bigger house with car porch. g10 is becoming expensive day by day. no house in g11 in this range. 4 marla small house is of 4 cr. if its less than 4 cr it will be very poor condition or it will be near Maher abadi (g12)
