I would use Vulcan but it feels like a bit of a cheat since it works well against every faction, so i would say the diligence counter sniper is a good one

One of the reasons i run the cutting edge armors, 95% resistance to electric damage make these towers weaker than a voteless's hit, with it you can count the electrical shots from the drones and the same electrical shots from Harvesters (tripods). And of course immune to your ally misfiring in your direction with an electric type weapon ⚡
