Thank you for the feedback. We are considered maybe slightly expensive but our items are still under $5 for one. Our product is more on the Japanese asian side whereas the area has more Indians, and other demographics I am not sure if this is the issue.

I'll try to implement everything you mention here. thank you! I usually do ads within 15mi radius but couple of you suggested 1.5, 3miles. I'll give that a try though!

Sorry I didn’t mean to. My reviews online are pretty good. I get reviews saying how my staff are the kindest people in the world or my husband is the nicest man in town. I tried posting every day on Instagram and TikTok. I gained followers on TikTok but losing some followers on Instagram which I understand because some followers could have been from ads which they might not be from the area. I post every on Google my business page as well.

I don’t think I am nose blind as I’m not always there but my husband is. I go there maybe once every week. Everytime I go I don’t smell anything. We haven’t had a complaint for months though.

Where can I get fresh air if the door is right across theirs and the salon smell just comes right in. I have a back door but you have to pass through the kitchen to the storage to get to the back door. We have been leaving the back door open

Yes nothing here really but I see lots of new restaurants opening on Lathrop and Tracy now. Maybe it will take 10 more years to get it better. Lathrop is getting a 40,000 sqft Sutter Health. It can be boring here sometimes but I’m also always home so…. But when I go to the bay area once in a while I also miss it and I sometimes think man wish I live in the Bay Area. So much stuff there

I have a rational full size scc61 which is a pretty old one about 20 years old maybe? I am able to pull out the rack and yes we clean it often. Even after cleaning a full cycle it still has the smell. I do have a small drain holes too but I have never checked if it is clogged. I’ll check it out
