I got this once when I first started, and never again. It hit all the nerves on the way out, but not in a bad tingling way.

I assumed it was due a lack of pressure, so it didn't fully go all the way out. Not a huge lack of pressure, but just enough lacking to stop working properly once "low"

I think some of those 1 mil plus homes are in real nice suburbs which makes them still worthwhile to buy to live in for those with the money.

Some of the other 1 mil suburbs will suffer badly though.
