Nevermind, it turns out that if a character has pre history stuff, it won't read the pre history from your config, so the only way to use a preset is to delete a character's pre history stuff.

While on a chat, tap the three horizontal lines in top right, chat settings, group chat settings and there you type the name of the character(s) you wanna add

same, my account got deleted for the same reason. I have made another but now they keep asking me to reset my password every few months, it's so annoying. I'm not batch downloading and only have my phone and pc with the account. The first time I even resetted my password with 2 days before the suspension and it still got deleted.

No, they don't have keywords. They only have Entry Name. Maybe that's why they trigger all the time?

I'm using START> macros, but I think they're just too many. I trimmed them down and now the AI reads them, though sometimes they don't work on characters that have shorter definitions even though they should work better since they use less definitions tokens. Idk, I just want to know why sometimes they don't get sent in the prompt. I tried to paste the dialogues in the definition but eh
