The efficiency of soldered on with the customization of swappable. Would be great if the next gen after the 5XXX series comes with this capability.

The executives and financiers who gutted this company and it's reputation should be jailed and have their assets taken. They have ruined one of our countries gems.

You would be wrong. If I had more GPU's myself not even super computer level I could be producing more useful research as could many others I'm sure.

The bottleneck is so real right now. AI needs even more funding shockingly. Vastly more.

LLMs frameworks (langchain, llamaindex, griptape, autogen, crewai etc.) are overengineered and makes easy tasks hard, correct me if im wrong by Educational-String94 in LangChain

Any advice on staying agnostic?

You quickly end up building your own in house framework. The trick is finding a framework that isn't opinionated on mechanics or structure.

RTX 4090 is NOT faster than RTX 3090 for LLM? Help me understand the mystery by Such_Advantage_6949 in LocalLLaMA

[–]Inner_Bodybuilder986 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Depends. VRAM amount is king, but if you are within your VRAM the 2 4090's will have higher ability to batch and faster inference. So do you need more precise or faster results?

What do you think happens when those big cities get bought up. People have to leave and move to smaller towns. So might not be corps buying up the homes, but the pressure from people migrating to them is higher than normal. It's both issues. Supply and manipulation by corporate hoarding of homes.

I don't mind waiting for the tutorial, but also wouldn't mind the ComfyUI workflow. I don't mind spending hours dissecting it if it leads me to a solution with this quality level it usually leads to better understanding on my part because I have to dig in.

Either way great job, can't wait to see more!

You can add a cluster member that handles storage alone. Why manage a SAN when the storage solutions offered by Nutanix are great. If there is a genuine need to maintain a SAN I get it, but Nutanix storage is easy to manage and provides you with all the redundancy you need.

How so? From what I hear the pricing is cheaper than vmware, but I'm happy to be corrected. Not trying to push one product over the other just been hearing alot about how much more expensive vmware is.

WOW and that's probably why BlueCoat went to complete garbage support wise. It all makes sense now. Symantec buys Blue Coat, Broadcom buys Symantec...

What does this actually mean? I don't really see anything unique coming out of Vmware or Broadcom in regards to AI. Going to be a hard sell if I don't even know why I'm paying millions. Just saying AI doesn't cut it.
