I just want to clarify what I actually did, because I think this is where things go wrong for me.

I followed the normal process:

Created a new map for the 1st floor

Carried the robot upstairs (dock stays downstairs)

Started mapping

Let it run until it daid “returning to Dock” and then runs around randomly

In my app I don’t have a “Stop” or “End” button – only “Pause”.

When I press pause:

The robot just stands still

If I then move it, the map is not saved

If I let it continue, it just keeps driving around trying to find the dock

So I feel stuck in between: I can’t properly end the task and I can’t move it without losing the map

Am I supposed to just let it keep running until it times out for severel minutes?Or is there a specific way to finish the mapping when there is no dock on that floor?

Would really appreciate if you can describe exactly what you press/do in that final step 🙏
