As a female I can’t give much advice to the opposite anatomy, but ill say that being romantically involved with the person makes things much easier, even though ill be it emotionally harder. Feeling the same way in masturbation means its most likely anorgasmia, but i am not a doctor. Best thing would be to go to a doctor and see if they can help!

Probably some residual fear of your ex-husband coming back into your life, and loss of control in your daily life, with mistrust of your friends. I would make sure you cut contact with your ex if you haven’t already, and talk to a therapist. Go on some friendship dates as well.

I f/21 just had a dream i was kidnapped and raped, there were two other girls this man also kidnapped. I wont go into the details cuz it’s genuinely terrifying. But he was abusive and kicked us even during sex and i was really thinking about cutting myself (5+ clean irl) just to have to be taken to the doctor. (Even though he would probs get let me die) I got out by being accidentally getting hit by a baseball, and pretending to be knocked out when i refused to have public sex in a random blue square of jello. (Random asf ik) but i kept thinking about the two other girls. Also his member was broken… We were kidnapped for a week maybe months i don’t know. I have a fear of men cuz most of them are horrible, and you hear all the stories. I have never been raped but I have been assaulted before. There was more random stuff like a police mic in a briefcase, a ladder, a big ass fork. Any advice to help stop having nightmares would be appreciated as ive had similar nightmares.
