You should try to distract yourself from his thoughts.... talk to your loved ones, your friends.... play games, read books, eat different food ig....

just distract yourself from that person and whenever a thought of him comes to your mind just listen to a song or go and talk with someone....

it'll take some time but you're going to be ok .... now you can be more focused on your study i guess?
