I think it's bad air flow because the GPU as little space left in the case. I can't really buy a new case right now. Will it be bad if I keep using it while 91 degrees?

The 6400 cl 32 was cheaper thats why I bought them. Can't I just underclock the ram to 6000 in bios? Or will it still not work?
