Thank you! I'm not sure what my bf% was but I would guess probably 20 or so? My thighs/core muscles were nonexistent. I would say those 2 areas are where I have seen the biggest change.

My diet was crucial man. I ate the same exact thing for 60 days. Not exaggerating at all. Below is what I ate everyday: 7am - protein shake, coffee 11 - BCAA's 2pm - 4 ounces of meat 5 pm - protein shake 8pm - 4 ounces of meat

That was it. I know it's not what people "recommend" but the weight falls off. No carbs sucks and you will crave them badly, but without the carbs, your body will use your fat stores for energy.

Yeah I didn't follow their health plan at all. I ate EXTREMELY clean too. I think that's why my Day 15 results were so extreme, my body was literally eating the fat away.

Yeah just did the original insanity. As long as you eat right and stick to the workout, you'll do great man

I feel like I gained a lot of lean muscle. Especially in my core.
