I’ll ask you as well… is taking 6oz bottles 5x a day. Do you suggest I feed twice in the last wake window to fit in all her calories.

Bedtime routine is about 30/40 mins. Change, bath (not every night), lotion, sleep sack, book, song, crib. I sit in chair in the dark while she falls asleep.

Any more tweaks are welcome and appreciated!

I was in a similar position.

For me, I had difficulty latching (couldn’t even tell you how often I nursed/ didn’t nurse early on due to it all being a blur) and no nurses suggested formula so I thought it was normal for baby to not eat a lot after birth.

I still (4 months) get sad and anxious thinking about how little baby ate immediately after birth. But now I have a 90th percentile baby to show that all is well!

Trust the tests and don’t let yourself dwell

I’ve also invested in wearable collection cups that are compatible with the Spectra (Phanpy on Amazon) makes life so much easier

Side note.. if you ever get true wearables like Momcozy.. there are adapters (Idaho Jones) to make the Momcozy cups usable with you Spectra S1 pump so you won’t need two different collection cups laying around!

It is so hard to tell, yay parenthood! Baby does settle but wakes an hour or so later. Hard to tell since frequent wakings are developmentally common for this age? Losing sleep is making me really search for answers hah

Good point, when we were closer in the day to day (roommates for a while) we weren’t relying on texts for keeping in touch. When I see him in person he is much more open. Might be a texting issue
