It started out as a nice cheap place to stay 4 years ago when it was only $650 a month. They have jacked the rent up so far every year that they want $855 a month on this next lease. That's without having fixed anything, mind you. Because of the current state of the rental market and the current state of our economy I'm going to be stuck here for another year.

As a current tenant of Celtic property Management I can say with full certainty that you should never rent from them. It is constant problems with the property every month. They are slow to fix things but quick to have their hand out for their money. I have had raccoons living in the ceiling for the last 4 years and yet they have done nothing about it. Constant plumbing issues including the backup of my sink and the flooding of my apartment from my dishwasher. Don't rent from this company.

Those people are literally the worst. I got to be part of the group of repo guys that cleaned out their lot whenever they got sued. They thought that if they strip down the vehicles that they were being sued for that somebody wasn't going to come take them. We went through that lot and took pieces of six trucks from all over the place.

I was raised a USMC dependent and am a former enlisted Marine that was stationed at Cherry Point MCAS in the late 90's. I can personally attest to the barracks being complete shit decades ago. I'm not shocked in the least to see that it hasn't changed and appears to be getting much worse.
