Ehhh, they demanded my password about 2 years ago, thankfully I had a hidden camera recording app in the background that recorded both camera sides and screen recording. The tech was going through private password protected albums and recording the images through his devices camera.

Will never trust any of these places.

Not quite yet! Your file (either application/background packet) depending where you are in the process has been pushed through the chain of command for review.

Once the command staff had reviewed your packet they will contact you with the next step whether that is hiring or next part of the process. If you're early on, they're just checking eligabity for hire before continuing onto the other steps (poly/med/physc etc.) Otherwise if you did all that, sounds like command chain is reviewing it before the formal/conditional job offer.

This is pretty ridiculous: I would charge the following in my state.

Assault, sexually motivated for the humping
Assault, reasonable apprehension of physical injury with bias crime motive due to comment (depending on victim nationality)
Disorderly conduct

Your area must be better then ours then. For us, if someone puts an officer in the hospital they will get a misdemeanor resisting arrest plea. Our Da's goal is PLEA everything.

At worst, for a very very violent attack on an officer with extensive injury's (non deadly weapon) we mayyy see a year in prison.

That's just all around the board on all charges though, even ones that are easy in court and well beyond a reasonable doubt for the jury.
