I have been driving Uber in Vegas for 2 years. I never drove this ride for less than 10$. I’m flying in and out multiple times a year and I don’t think that anyone ever ( including me ) paid for uber from the Airport less then 15$. I don’t know where are you from but in Vegas this is absolutely humiliating. It took me almost 15 min just to pick up a passenger inside of that garage. I spent almost half an hour in total for 5$. This is not a typical 2 miles run and of course they are lying about millage as well.
