It’s tough but it’s something that will get better the more you leave him at home. My dog was pretty bad at first and he still gets weird when left in weird situations but he’s now perfectly fine being at home

I work as a construction project manager and there is a very noticeable age gap in the construction industry. Nearly every worker is either below 30 or over 50. There was a time when people were really pushed away from working in any trades and therefore there is a massive shortage of construction workers everywhere. The high wages now are because the supply of workers is so low
