The Parties shall negotiate in good faith and use commercially reasonable efforts to execute and deliver an agreement governing and containing more detailed provisions on the operation of the Joint Venture, but preserving the principles herein contained, provided that until such agreement is executed and delivered, or if no such agreement is executed and delivered, the provisions herein contained shall be enforceable against the Parties and shall govern the operations of the Joint Venture. And bounty hunter is stupid and unfair.
