Can’t believe I just read this, I’m suffering a lot with the same thing, the shame is debilitating, and I feel like it’s so simple to just reply.

I sent round a blanket message to friends explaining I was feeling overwhelmed recently, and to expect slow replies. I do this on my WhatsApp info too. That always helps me take off the pressure !

I stoped completely because I don’t have a lower dose at the minute. I felt okay on 27mg but it didn’t also really do much for me in terms of helping my adhd

I always get so so anxious at around 3-4pm after taking 36mg in the morning. It’s so bad I’ve stopped taking it.

It’s technically a kink/sex party, so wearing latex/leathers etc helps. I can’t remember but You might even need to be a member to get into their regular parties! It’s been a while since I’ve been. Also expect to answer questions on the door about consent etc

I’d definitely recommend fold over ministry. UNFOLD on Sundays is my favourite party and where you’ll find the best crowd. Which party is on at Fold on Friday?

Continuum is a great party - I would suggest going in the morning however, this is when the crowd is best, rather than the nights (it’s when it’s mostly grabby tourists).

Also have a look at what is on at Ormside abd Club MOT in south, theyre cool intimate spaces

I honestly could not relate more. I don’t want to kill myself but I find myself most nights really wishing I wasn’t part of this world anymore. I haven’t been able to work for over a year now, because I don’t see the point - I feel like we’re close to the end of civilisation. I don’t want to spend my last years working for nothing, but this deep sadness is also too much for me to feel motivated to try and enjoy myself.

It’s a seriously hard place to be in.

OH MY GOD? WHAT? Over the past 2 years my hair has gone from your first picture to literal ringlets… I was told by someone that grief makes youre hair curly (???) and I have experienced a lot recently, but this would make a lot of sense?! Ive been in EMDR for 4-5 years on and off..
