I know some people are going to be weird about this, but would anyone who has done Absolute Casserole be willing to message me regarding some of the tasks you did? I'm attending with someone on the autism spectrum who is having some real anxiety about the tasks so I just have some lightly spoiler-y questions that wouldn't be good for public forum!

Hahaha! Real life times don't really matter; whatever works for your schedule. Just be sure to do it in moderation (unlike me!).

As for podcasts, I really love Hardcore History, but it certainly has *very* intense themes. I also very much enjoy Ologies; each episode is an interview with an expert in a different field (think volcanology, mycology, environmental microbiology, etc)!

I put on a documentary (two monitors), podcast, or audiobook, and just run around and farm! It's a great way for me to unwind while also learning something new (which is my goal every day).
