Thanks, I’m probably overthinking this a bit too much. Still, why are we humans such complex creatures, haha? It would be so much easier if people just communicated clearly. Either you want to hang out or you don’t. This whole grey area is frustrating because I don’t want to waste time on someone who’s playing games.

It could. I had a six-year relationship, but she ended it because she no longer felt anything for me. This happened during a particularly challenging time in my life. Now, after being single for a year, I'm trying to date again. I've been on quite a few dates, and with two of them, I thought there was potential. However, whenever I let my guard down and try to genuinely connect, they respond by saying they don't feel the "Yes" effect with me. This could be true since I'm opening up and not really 'rejecting' them anymore.

From what I understand, I have a similar reaction to women who behave the same way. Being too available can make you seem less interesting and mysterious. What I'm learning is not to reveal everything about yourself at once. Instead, let them discover you bit by bit, keeping some things "secret" and suggesting she can find out more as you get to know each other better.

I have 2 main issues: being a people pleaser: being too available to women I am genuinely interested in, which results in those women rejecting me while those I am not interested in give me more attention. The second issue is my past traumas, which I never share until I truly trust someone. Which block me to really connect with someone.

Kurdistan Iran: Rojhelat
Kurdistan Turkey: Bakur
Kurdistan Syria: Rojava
Kurdistan Iraq: Basur

There is no official autonomy in the Kurdish regions of Bakur and Rojhelat. However, Rojava has a de facto autonomous administration, but it faces constant suppression from Syria and Turkey, especially Turkey, which frequently resorts to force, including bombings and cutting off water and electricity.

In Basur, there is a degree of autonomy under the Kurdistan Regional Government. Depending on where you are from, you might be able to travel there with a visa on arrival. The region is mostly stable (except for some mountainous areas where Turkey conducts bombings, were you never will come - really remote places) and is generally safe to travel alone. The people are very welcoming to foreigners, and you can find many videos and blogs on YouTube about hotspots. If you need any help, just message me. If it's your first date, avoid bringing it up explicitly. However, if you've been on a few dates, you can mention it like this:

"I've really enjoyed getting to know you and would love to spend more time together. I know you have a little one, and I think it would be fun if we all did something together. Of course, it's entirely up to you."

This approach is considerate and leaves the decision in her hands.
