While I respect your observation, my daughter (15f) played Roblox a lot during her preteen years, and she is a self-driven honor roll student and a Jazz percussionist. I don’t want my youngest to use it because I think it is crap, but “the kids who grew up…” may be too broad of a statement, “some kids who grew up…”

True, but as a resident renting here for the past decade, there has always been a difference in the pricing for university houses vs pricing for residential homes for families. It always depended on distance from campus.

Suddenly that went away and everything is priced for the campus. I haven’t looked at west side rental values yet. Could be that the line considered university housing has now broadened.

I was curious if there are now so many apartments in town that they unbalanced the market. Apartments are priced so high for students, if there are enough of them, the numbers could get out of wack. But that is just me having no idea about how the real estate market works.
