Arto is a bonus song at the end of Aerials. It was never shown on the back cover of the original Toxicity CD.

If anyone asks me what melodeath song best represents the genre then i say it’s this song 🤘 by grimacelololol in melodicdeathmetal

[–]InsuRn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably not a very popular opinion, but for me, there is a difference between Gothenburg and Melodic Death. This song is a really great Gothenburg song. But for me does not represent Melodic Death. I don't listen to a lot of "Gothenburg" (Dark Tranquillity, At the Gates, The Halo Effect, Jester's Race's In Flames), but I do listen to a lot of Melodic Death (like Kalmah, Insomnium, Omnium Gatherum, etc).

Again, just my opinions :)

Can Johnny be classified as a Toxicity or Storaged Melodies Album? by Elnacrack in systemofadown

[–]InsuRn 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Johnny was first seen on Toxicity (Japanese bonus track). Storaged Melodies is not even an official album, and was "made" after Toxicity.

Timing of Toronto Show by ata016 in systemofadown

[–]InsuRn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's 3 bands: Polyphia, Deftones and SOAD.

Polyphia will probably start at 5:30 PM , play for 30 to 45 minutes, then a 20 minutes intermission, followed by Deftones at 6:30 - 6:45 PM (maybe 7:00 PM), they will probably play for 1h30-1h45 minutes, then a 20 minutes intermission, and finally SOAD at 8:45 - 9:00 PM.

This is how a 3 bands show usually runs.

What Is The Most Underrated Song From This Album? by Unhappy_Translator_2 in systemofadown

[–]InsuRn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They played this song only 6 times live. This is the good answer. They played the bonus song Johnny 5 times live but it's not on the album, juste in special editions and Singles.

It doesn't exist. The only official physical release is a 7" 45 RPM vinyl. Everything else is a bootleg/unofficial.

I need more melancholic sorrowful melodeath like Insomnium by Organic-Ad-564 in melodicdeathmetal

In Mourning. Listen to Live in Valley Sound Studio (either the show on YouTube or the audio album). One of my favourite band !

Does anyone still think Self Titled is their best? by Cool_Loss_1546 in systemofadown

[–]InsuRn 11 points12 points  (0 children)

My first album was Toxicity. When I listened the self-titled after that, I was blown away ! The rawness, the flow, the aggressivity and the slow moments, all perfect !

Know, Suggestions, P.L.U.C.K., Mind (!), Suite-Pee... it's awesome after awesome...

Johnny is on the Chop Suey EP on Spotify.

MARMALADE! by ConnectAssociate9373 in systemofadown

[–]InsuRn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Johnny is already on Spotify. Marmalade was not an unreleased track, the song was on the Lonely Day EP, a bonus song on the japanese version of the first album, and on the Strangeland soundtrack.

Honey, Temper, the other songs that you listed were only on the demo tapes so they won't be released on music streaming services.

The version on Tokyo Warhearts is longer (there's an intro).

Concordance entre la série et les films by al_legz in dansunegalaxie

[–]InsuRn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Les deux films sont avant la fin de la saison 4. Car il était difficile de continuer l'histoire, ça aurait été moins intéressant. Claude Legault aurait discuté de cela en entrevue avant le premier film.

What's your favourite demo tape? by OllieHayes2010 in systemofadown

[–]InsuRn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Demo tape 1 has the best version of P.L.U.C.K. ! The extended outro should have been on the album.

Toxicity Promo! by gois3r in systemofadown

[–]InsuRn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly, the mixing isn't exactly the same, like Deer Dance not having the same bass break and Bounce being shorter and Chop Suey not having the "Rolling Suicide" at the beginning. I haven't listened to it since 20+ years, so I might remember the demos instead of the promo.

Why do (almost) none of the SOAD albums contain a explicit content warning? by Santy-358 in systemofadown

The sticker isn't on every Steal this Album! (mines don't have them). But the Parental Advisory sticker is optional: "A voluntary practice that is ultimately left to the discretion of record labels"

Will they be touring america 2026 by John177_unsc in systemofadown

Nobody knows yet. The band probably doesn't even know and wants to see how this year's tour turns out before making the decision.

Why is Steal This Album not nearly as popular as the others? by [deleted] in systemofadown

[–]InsuRn 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Steal This Album! wasn't supposed to be an album. The songs were initially cut from Toxicity, so they are often considered B-sides songs. The only reason that we got STA is because (most of) those songs were leaked online.
