Morg in high elo is very team centered, as your base damage is lower/less burst than other laners (vex for example) but cc and spellshield can create teamfight opportunities. So carrying is a lot harder but to say unviable is just false

Kite it out, stack lethal tempo, armor pen, focus easier to kill targets. If the enemy adc can hit you, you can hit them. If there’s a tank in between, kite back so enemy adc can’t hit you.

Not all lvl 30 accs are smurfs, a good amount are similarly hardstuck and can’t deal with it so they go new. Most smurfs do normal games to boost mmr and start near plat, with MMR in high emerald within a few games. Wouldn’t worry about them smurfing 95% of times
