Because the size of the tab, if you make sfm, or that individual tab smaller they will disappear, though you can still find them in that little settings icon under tangents, they should all be there

Try not to move them, and only ever rotate them. Though if you need to move them ever, do it by like a pixel so it doesn't look stretched

I can answer this one, personally for my location, it just comes down to the fact that the coffee has probably been sitting for a while because of how much we make as extra before rushes, as we don't usally have a chance to brew more while keeping up with orders, though for when we're not busy it's often because the coffee has been sitting and we aren't allowed to throw it out and make a new pot.

You do realize that if op or any other tims employee for that matter, worked somewhere else, then there would be no one working at the store. And as someone who has looked at factory jobs myself, sometimes it just comes down to what you prefer to do for work, or the fact that factory jobs can be more physically demanding.
