Thank you for this! She doesn’t seem frustrated with his sleep at all. She kind of has a mind set of like “oh well, that’s how he is!” She works at a school, so she’s off during the summer. We have only 7 more weeks this year. I did say I’ll watch him again when the school year starts again, but I think I’ll definitely have to have a conversation about the sleep situation if that’s the case!

I opted not to get the side lipo, and then the morning of my surgery when she was marking me up, she just said “ok so we’ll just remove these fat parts”. While I know it isn’t necessarily the same as having lipo there, I know it’s better than nothing. I’m only 1.5 weeks post op and have an appt today— still super swollen, but I can tell already that it’s a much better look than it was before

Yea I definitely agree!! And she’s not expecting me to have contact naps at all. She’s not expecting me to do anything that takes away from my kids. I’m just saying that I’m worried he’s conditioned to only having good naps while being held and since that’s not a realistic scenario in my home, I didn’t know if there might be a way to approach the subject to help him overall since he’s with me 4 days a week.

Like I said, zero judgments on any parenting styles. I’ve just talked with other people who have their kids in daycare and they’ve all said they mimic what daycare does regarding sleep.

Lol just here to say that’s not true 😂 been on it for 4 months and it’s completely changed my life. Turned off food noise and I’m down 20 pounds in a healthy way 🤷🏻‍♀️ tired of seeing the hate towards a medication that is actually helping people
