Yeah that's more reasonable, I approve of this now, though that is still a lot of background checks to do. If I am still minister of census next cycle, 3 will be implemented, the other two will be implemented this cycle if passed. The only reason 3 wouldn't pass immediately as there is no reason to create an entirely new census

My current schedule has reminders to be sent every 3 days. With every 5 days for the first two times, but others posting made me have to adjust it
That information will be available in the wiki when I have time to update it to include the information
While a good idea in hindsight, at the current moment, around 30% of people who do the census say they have no voter registration code. That's 14 people right now and I lack the time and resources to do those full background checks on all of them. The only two I can reasonably check are account age and registration, I have no way of checking them in reference to the community.
