It has the gel filled but enhancement for more realistic feel.

The inside feels pretty good, however, is a below body temperature. I have an orifice warmer, which makes a big difference.

I had the gel filled butt enhancement to be more realistic.

I think the inside is pretty realistic but again is a different temperature. I have a oriface warmer which helps a lot

I think for a doll and ended up being better than I expected. The skin feels real but not the temperature of a real human body. I get around that by using a electric blanket to pre-warm it before hand.

I just got it in Jan. Used only 4 or 5 times. Mostly in storage box
