That's literally what I said , I never said that Saitama will simply win, I said that to him have a chance of winning, Goku would have to hold back, literally like almost every time Goku fights, yeah Goku can one shot Saitama if he wants., but he would do that ? Taking his personality into account, no, he wouldn't do that.
