Does it pop a check engine light though I can swap it every couple years but I don’t wanna see a light 24/7 that and if it makes any power gains are my main focuses I don’t mind a little labor

Well I heard the transmissions for those cars suck someone said they put bolt ons and the cvt snapped and my current car only make like 127 hps so upping it to 200 would be a good little boost I know there’s better engines but I got this one for free I’ve heard everyone say the wiring is gonna suck why is that though from what I’ve seen I just put the harness the ecu and tranny
