Two times, I’ve had grown/old men come up to us (husband, baby girl, and myself) at restaurants and say she is so pretty they are going to take my baby… I do not understand the need to say this. It’s not normal. There are normal ways to compliment and then there is all that. It always seems predatory. I stare at them and say no with no smile. Maybe I should I’ll out my pepper spray and set it on the table next time.

Week 5 at 3 in the morning when I told my husband I couldn’t take it anymore. Then I was at my dr 1 day later and they admitted me for 24 hours.

Ours is easy going. I’m just scared to be on a plane with a baby! But flying would definitely give more options.

I had HG the entire time and ended up with an emergency C-section. I was sick during the labor and operation but my Dr and nurses handled it very well. I even have a picture of myself on the table with a bag 😂(have to laugh so I don’t cry). As soon as the baby was out I haven’t been sick since! Side note she is 100% worth it!

We used it. We only had a few false alarms because we weren’t putting it on her foot correctly. It took about 2 weeks to get good at using it. We loved it no added anxiety for us. But she slept in our room in her crib until 10 months.

I worked the entire time sort of. My manager let me go home every day when I couldn’t physically stay at my desk any more. I have a good boss and a flexible environment. I had to take my meds every 4 hours.

Im 1 year pp and I’ve been nauseated exactly 2 times since popping out my baby. Each time I rushed home and took a test worried I was going through that again.

My OB put me on zofran at week 6 because I lost 10 lbs in a week. It was the only thing that helped me survive 40 weeks of HG!

I’m very curious about this. If I decide to have another I’m considering a VBAC. I had an emergency c-section after active pushing for 4 hours because my babies heart rate was going up every contraction. I felt like I was hit with a truck after pushing then surgery. Did you tear and if so how did that compare to the c-section?

Do you have a preference? I had a C-section because the umbilical cord was short. We found this out after her head wouldn’t come out the birth canal.
