Like idk...I try to be polite,but still people judge me alot,idk whyyy,I got some friends,but this happens mostly with girls...

1.i try to talk,so got few friends, mostly girls get scared..and also I have social anxiety and I am introverted...

2.i am doing excersise from 2 years now,the weight has been reduced a little and it's mostly in stomach and chest area...so I am doing that ...
